I would stay as far away from this company. They have extremely trouble customer service. I attempted to get a TV fixed with them, which was a nightmare. They only have one phone number (407) 442-3100, which no one ever answers. When you dial this number is goes to their customer call center. The call center personnel doesn't have a clue and can only take your name and number to forward to someone else who will not call you back. I spoke with supervisors Walter and Corrina, who don't have a clue as well. They are no better than their workers, meaning they can't help you either. They constantly give you the run around. When asked if I could have other contact number to speak with someone higher, I was always told there was no one. I even asked for the owner to be told by Walter he didn't know who the owner was. Unacceptable!!! I asked for the service department as well only to be told there was not a number for that department. Spend your money elsewhere.
