Motion has compromised my information.
I have a membership which I pay for myself and my daughter.
When open the account I specially explain that myself is the only one that will
Access this account and not give out my information. That was for my account and my daughters.
They signed me up and assured me that this would be the case. Then months later I had random charges for my account for personal training that I did not agree with. I called motion fitness and explained what had happened. And that I had not a agreed and signed anything giving them permission
To charge my account.
They said that the trainers needed to get paid and took money from my account.
I did not sign it agree for them to take any money form my account for this. They the comprise my personal information and charged my account.
After I first called them they agree to stop the trainer payments and assured me it would be taken care of. Then 6 more attempts and they tried to take the money form my account.
Each time they try to take money it was charged to my account as NSF.
The bank placed a stop payment on motion fitness on my account and they are still taking money from my account. As of today there were two more charges and my account. The bank said that stop payment is not 100% and have to wait to days'
I have called with no exaggeration 45 plus times to explain this to motion fitness.
No one does anything and says yes they will resolve this. I asked if I can set up so I can come and person and pay for monthly dues for membership.
No one calls me they comprised my personal information and are still trying to take money from my account.
Hello, *** has spoken and been in communication with the location manager in ***. A refund has been issued for amounts charged to *** that should not have been. *** has also received free payments for his membership to compensate him for the misunderstanding and troubles he had sorting out what transpired with his and his daughters membership billing. We feel that the matter at hand has been fully resolved as also verbally communicated by the member.
I checked my bank account Motion fitness Tried to takemoney from my account three more times on November 28, 2019.I was charged again $*** from the bank for NSF charges. After I called the merchant 55 times about this issue. They still continue To try to take money from my account.The bank put a stop payment on motion fitness. And assured me they would not Be able to take money from my account again. Then motion fitness apparently change the Name so they could by pass the stop payment.I spoke to the manager before the last attempt. The manager promised he would Credit my account etc. But I called gym on Friday and they said I still owed money.Nothing that was said was done.I called the manager agin today told him the bank requested that I do I *** investigation through theBank against motion fitness. I called the manager and explained this to him. I just want to go to gym.And have motion fitness stop trying to take money from my account. The bank also said I need to change My bank account number o stop motion fitness from attempting to take money from my account.Really why does motion fitness stop ?? this. I called them 55 times.
