Bought a vehicle from these guys at the beginning of SeptemberI exchanged a vehicle with them as part of the transactionRoughly a month and a half later, called them because I had not received my transfer paperworkI was told they had a family emergency (fair enough), and that there had been a delay with putting my paperwork through (true)They informed me that they had put the paperwork in s few day later (that was a lie)I carried on waiting and on Wednesday December 7th, I called again and was told that they would investigate and get back to meThursday 8th December I still had not heard anything, so I went to the DMVI explained the situation, and showed them my bill of salesThey looked it up their computer and found that it had been submitted the day before...UNBELIEVABLE!
I get that things happen as far as family emergencies are concernedBUT DO NOT LIE TO ME
I certainly will not be recommending them
