Review: they illegally charged my credit card twice. the contract was canceled and the rep name [redacted] told me in voice recorded call that the I should receive the refund of 139$, instead I got charged another 105$.Desired Settlement: before the contract, every time I called, they answer within 30sec. now, after I signed the contract, I got ignored 10times. the deal was that I have 30 days period to make up my mind either buy the service or cancel. that is not what happened. I called the next 10 days and they always came up with some thing to convince me not to cancel. finally, I told them sorry I want to cancel. guy by the name of [redacted] did cancel and I have a recorded voice call proving that. now, I checked my credit card statement and finding out that they just charged me again. try to call they blocked my number and always voice mail. they are irresponsible business and aggressive. I will not advise any one to do business with people that just took your money and vanish. be carful with this business.

Extremely helpful. Purchased a protection plan with the company and within a few days received my policy info. Ended up using within the first 3 months and the coverage saved me a good amount of money!

Review: I have a separate warranty vehicle protection policy with another company and I called Royal Administration Services ([redacted]) which is listed on the [redacted] website which pays Motor Vehicle Protection on April 17, 2015 to cancel . I was advised that the coverage was cancelled and I would not be further charged. However on May 21 I was charged $123.44 by this company. I called Royal Administration on May 26 to inquire about why was I charged when this was cancelled and I was told this was the wrong number to call and I needed to call vehicle protection alliance at [redacted]. I contacted this number and first it said the number you are trying to reach is not in service. After trying 5 times I reached the company, spoke with a rep who said he would call me back after investigating. I told him that was not acceptable and I did not have a number for him to call me back on and then he said I should call back. I told him I needed this contract cancelled immediately and the amount refunded and he suddenly got [redacted] on the line who claimed to be a supervisor. He was very rude, defensive and interrupted me several times, and was very evasive and not willing to refund the charge even though it was just made on May 21. He claimed he cancelled the contract but refused to provide me with any confirmation number. He said their "cancellation dept handles this and it would take 30 mins to receive an email. He said he needed to call Royal Administration and "find out what happened" and said it could take a few hours regarding the refund. I asked him why because I had just spoken with them and he could not give me a reason why it was going to take so long but rather tried to change the subject, interrupt me further, and threatened to hang up on me because I was pressing for direct answers and eventually he did disconnect the call. Upon trying to call back I got this number is not in service again and I have not been able to reach the company.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $123.44 to my account. This contract was cancelled in November, 2014 and somehow was reinstated in Feb 2015 and subsequently cancelled in April 2015. I want [redacted] to be reprimanded for the method in which he chose to handle the call and the first representative for not knowing how to take proper ownership and placing a supervisor on the phone when I had not asked for one.
