Motorcycle Tire Center Reviews (6)

This person did arrive at our business with the motorcycle in question in the back of his truck, a written estimate was supplied and agreed to the customer was contacted and approved additional labor costs The motorcycle did not start and was wired very poorly using incorrect connections and broken wires covered up by a large amount of both electrical tape and what appeared to be duct tape the reason for the non start condition was this wiring which needed to be replaced in order for the sensors to all function and allow start up and running the main amp fuse was missing and the starter relay was found to be broken, the customer stated he had the fuse and would provide them, and wanted us to use an incorrect relay that he would provide but we warned against this and customer agreed to labor and parts The vast majority of our labor hours (6hrs) were used to not only remove the gas tank and other components to allow access to the forward harness, but also the diagnostically test and figure out the massive group of bad wiring that was brought to us this time was needed and required to do this job responses to specific claims; "key lock" the wiring into the would have been ignition that was completely completely damaged and these wires were all pinched, nicked and exposedthese wires were repair and left with the connecting terminal ready for a replacement ignition coolant plug, were missing and upon out testing found was leaking coolant, this one single bolt was replaced with a standard 10mm boltoil leaks were not found during our assessment and were not part of any repair order.intentional modifications: any claim this person has concerning us doing ANYTHING outside of repairing his motorcycle within his authorized budget to the very best of our ability is absolutely and absurd we work hard to provide the best value and quality of work during all of our repairs these repairs were ALL REQUIRED in order to have any hope of completing our work order and give the customer back the bike he hoped to receive, a "starting, running bike" there was no grand conspiracy, only professionally trained mechanics operating out of a fully licensed repair facility all other claims are false

To Revdex.com;   Attached you will see our supporting documents.  Let me explain the information path of these documents to go further into why we are fully refusing this person’s claim. 1.       On 1/2/18 [redacted] entered into an agreement as required by the bureau of automotive repair give an estimate of time and materials it will take to complete the described work.  In this case this person approved to pay $425 for diagnostic only work.  This would allow us to only figure out what was wrong with the bike and causing the non-start issue.  This clearly states is for teardown and report back to customer only, and did not include any repair. a.       In order to diagnose the non-start condition within 1.5 hours found that we could not give power to the instrument panel, ignition system, or the starting system without replacing a very unprofessional wiring job done previously.  We proceeded to remove a large amount of household wiring, household wire nut caps, electrical tape and black electrical tape, which appeared to be quickly cut and attached with no rhyme or reason. b.       Knowing this would take us much longer to repair than previously agreed to, [redacted] contacted [redacted] and explained our findings so far as to why the bike would not start.  [redacted] tried to negotiate offering $500 to do our work.  We declined and explained that if approved it would cost the total amount to continue with his repairs. [redacted] approved an additional 1.8 hours which is what we estimated to be the remaining time we would need to complete this portion of the work order, along with agreeing to bring us the master fuse which was removed / missing and to purchase the actual starter relay to allow the start button to function which was missing.  c.       At this time [redacted], let us know that the motorcycle did not have any coolant in it and this would need to be added. We acknowledged. 2.       The following day we proceeded to complete our repair order, we removed any remaining improper wiring and replaced with the correct gauge wire, soldiered and heat shrink with a protecting covering.  One the OEM parts that we had ordered arrived we then installed the main fuse and the starter relay.  At this time, we added coolant to the bikes radiator and overflow according to OEM specifications.  We then started the motorcycle up and leaked coolant all over the floor.  We found that someone had previously removed the coolant drain and bleeder bolt.  We replaced with a 10mm flanged bolt.  We topped off the coolant and started the bike.  The bike had a very erratic idle but started and operated to the satisfaction of the work order. 3.       [redacted] was contacted, and we then let him know that we were able to start the bike and requested that he bring in the front fairings, headlight and any other parts for installation, which he declined and stated that he would continue with the remainder of the repairs on his own. And immediately came to the store; [redacted] happily paid his bill, inspected our work, thanked us and instead of putting the motorcycle back into his truck he started the motorcycle and drove off with the bike. 4.       We have since had no other contact from [redacted].  We did not receive any calls, voicemail, emails, letters or any other information that he was unpleased with any work he received. Until 1/19 where he wrote 2 negative google reviews, and contacted the Revdex.com.

Worst customer service I have experienced. I am active duty military with over 11 years time in service and multiple combat deployments. Owner is extremely unprofessional and has no integrity.
