MR [redacted] CAME BY ON A WENDSDAY STATING HE HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TRANSMISSION . WE DROVE THE CAR AND THERE WHERE NO PROBLEMS . THE SON BROUGHT THE CAR BACK 2 DAYS LATER ( FRI) AND THE CAR WAS DRIVING POORLY , HE LEFT THE CAR WITH ME . MONDAY I LOOKED AT THE CARS TRANSMISSION FLUID...

IT WAS DOWN A QUART OF FLUID ,I FILLED IT TO THE PROPER LEVAL AND DROVE THE CAR EVERYTHING WAS FINE. AFTER TALKING TO THE SON I DROVE THE CAR HOME ,35 MINUTES, AND BACK TO WORK, NO PROBLEMS. I ASKED THE SON HOW DID THE CAR LOOSE A QUART OF FLUID IN 2 DAYS , HE DID NOT KNOW. THE SON CAME BACK AGAIN AFTER A FEW DAYS AND SAID IT HAPPENS EVERY 6 DAYS . THE CAR DROVE FINE , SO THE SON TOOK THE CAR TO HIS OWN MECHANIC , THE MACHANIC CALLED ME TO TELL ME HE COULD NOT FIND A PROBLEM EXCEPT 2 PENDING CODES  . FEW DAYS LATER HE BROUGHT THE CAR AND IT WAS RUNNING POORLY , I CHECK THE FLUID IN FRONT OF THE SON AND MR [redacted] . THE FLUID WAS HIGH BY 3 QUARTS , I TOLD HIM THAT IS NOT GOOD , THE SON TOLD ME ITS MY PROBLEM AND I SHOULD GIVE HIM HIS MONEY BACK. I TOLD HIM HE SHOULD GO BACK TO HIS MECHANIC AND HAVE HIM PUT THE TRANNY FLUID AT THE PROPER LEVAL BECAUSE IT TURNED OUT THE MECHANIC FLUSHED THE FLUID. THE CAR PASSED STATE INSPECTION AND THE ONLY 2 TIMES THE CAR RAN POORLY , WAS WHEN IT WAS LOW A QUART OR HIGH BY 3 QUARTS.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted]. 
I will like to clear a few things that Mr. [redacted] has stated, first it was 3 times that we brought the car back to him "not twice". Second, the only reason we brought the car to my mechanic was because we felt like Mr. [redacted] was giving us the run around and i believe he was doing so, so the warranty (30 days) will expired. We asked Mr. [redacted], if we can't (us and Mr. [redacted]) find the problem because we are not mechanics, why won't you (Mr. [redacted]) send the car to get diagnose by a profecional, and he (Mr. [redacted]) said to us "i'm not spending money if I don't know what it is". I stated to him, "how we going to find the problem?". Yes, I did said to Mr. [redacted], "it is your problem because you sold us a car ($5,700.00) that is not working properly" and he said (Mr. [redacted]) "that is not my problem". We have taken the matter into our hands (me and my son) and took the car to a professional mechanic & it came back (after they did a diagnose, what we asked Mr. [redacted] to do) that it is the computer & we will have to spend $800.00 & we have the paper work to prove it.

mr [redacted] does not have a computer problem , I have a copy of the bill from his mechanic which mr [redacted] left for me. mr [redacted] needs to have the tranny fluid at the proper level, not a quart down or 3 quarts high . I have offered to go on a long ride with mr [redacted] son and he declined . he feels I should have the transmission rebuilt
