authorities.   My hope was that you would publish my complaint to help prevent others from making the same mistake of doing any business with this company, although I am a little confused about the name.  A new local alarm company has repaired the system and reprogrammed it to direct emergency calls away from "[redacted] Alarm Systems."   [A default letter is provided here which indicates that the business has not responded to you directly.  If you wish, you may update it before sending it.]

Review: This company provides "alarm monitoring services" where the contracting installer referred all "trouble calls" to this company. During the past week, when my system began to fail by lighting up all trouble lights on the keypads, the company was called repeatedly at a variety of phone numbers supplied, ###-###-####, ###-###-####, ###-###-####, ###-###-####, ###-###-####, ###-###-#### including on the warning decals used by the police. I was told, "a technician will call," but none ever called after repeated calls to the company, including the fact that my phone has a working message answering machine. I replaced two 7.5 AH 12-volt sealed lead batteries and the system appeared to be working again. However, within a day, it gave four separate false alarms within a three-hour period when I was away from home. The [redacted].P.D. responded to these falses with several police units and a helicopter. See [redacted] for what this costs their customer for four false alarms.Desired Settlement: [redacted] Alarm Systems should pay the $1,110 [redacted] Police Commission fines for [redacted] Alarm's utter failure to provide access to a technician to service the failing equipment installed and supposedly maintained by them. It has already been paid $3,600 over the past six years for providing no service other than monitoring.

Review: I had a contract with Integrated Excellence, LLC, in about 2007. The contract was for three years. The contract would have cancelled in 2010. I moved from [redacted], GA [redacted] to [redacted]., [redacted], GA [redacted], in December 2011. It took a month to have the service transferred to my new address after calling the company daily. I was told that my account would be credited for a month because of the delay and that I was no longer under contract with the company.I wanted to have a wireless system installed and the company wanted to charge more than I was willing to pay. Therefore, I told them to cancel my service as of August 2013. I found the wireless service for the same cost with another company. Integrated Excellence will not clear the account without a final payment for $374.85. I called for a copy of the contract that the company holds and I received a forged contract.Desired Settlement: The company needs to clear and cancel this account (cr [redacted]).
