My experience with Shouse (mountain high appliances) was very disappointingInitially went to purchase a dryerWas sold a floor model that ended up having to be repaired multiple times due to continuous shortingI was told that it could have started a fire and it was finally red taggedIn the meantime my family had to go out in order to get cloths dried for several weeksI finally called to return the dryer for a full refund after it broke againI was told that I could not get a refund, just a new dryerI had to pay the difference on the new dryer and had to ask for free delivery and installationUpon delivery the new dryer was left in the garageI spent quite some time having to get the new dryer into the house and install it myselfThere was no professional installation to make sure that this dryer was in proper working order I dealt with [redacted] on both occasions and found him to be condescending and not empathetic to what I went through!
