[redacted], from the business advised there was an error made by the business when they registered the serial number of the consumers furnace. The business is now working with the manufacturer to correct the...
error and have the serial number of the furnace coincide with the consumers information and should be resolved within the next couple of weeks. Once the registration is corrected [redacted] will contact the consumer.
