Horrible Moving Company
Move Central moved us from one city to another one in Northern California. First of all, they were two hours late on the pickup date which caused us to not be able to drive up to the new home until 8:30 at night making it almost 11:00 PM by the time we got to our new place. Then...I found two expensive beveled glass pieces missing. I called and called and was lied to over and over. 1. They said they would check into it and call us back which they never did. They they told us they were in their warehouse and that they would deliver them. Twice they told us this...never happened. Then they finally told us that the glass had broken. This was over a month of constantly being lied to and was very stressful. The cost of replacing the glass was over $2,000 and now they say they will only give us $200. Anyone beware of this horrible company. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

Hello, I spoke with [redacted] days ago and I issued a refund for the moving service in order to make things right and we agreed that Move Central will pay the invoice for repairs of the damaged walls [redacted] is waiting to receive the invoice from the property managementAs soon as he sends it over, we'll pay for it and the complaint will be resolvedThank you,***
