Review: My family and I were relocated from ** to [redacted] During the relocation process several item were damaged, most of which we did not file a claim on as we are understanding people. However, there were 3 items that were damaged that had to addressed so we did file a claim with MME. That claim was file on July 18. Two of the items included a 50" Plasma TV and also a 65" LED TV which was new. MME said they needed to send a tech out to access the damage of the TV's. After multiple miscommunications from MME that tech finally made out to the house. The 50" Plasma was shattered so that should have been easy right? The 65"LED would not turn on and is dented all the way across the back of it. After several almost two weeks and lying to me about ordering a replacement tv for the plasma they finally sent a check. As for the 65" LED that is a different story. The tech stats to my wife and I while in our home that he would not recommend trying to fix it because there is no guarantee that it will work or stay working. I talked with [redacted] at MME Claims and was told that they would replace it. Once again, we have almost two weeks of more miscommunication and their failure to respond. I was told now that we were going to have to have it repair and live with the huge dent that runs all the way across the back while hoping it works. After trying to get them to just uphold to what I was originally and just replacing it I finally gave in and asked them to repair it. Once again, they drop the ball and forgot how to communicate between me and the repair company. More time passes and we get scheduled an appt. My wife takes off of work to ensure we are home for the "am" appt. At noon'ish I received a voicemail stating they would be there at 4pm. At 4:15pm I receive another voicemail stating they could not make it at all. I informed MME and was promised a phone call. Never Happened. I did get an email stating that the tech did come by the house and we where not home. I complete lieDesired Settlement: I have been lied to several times, and promised follow up and it never happens. I have been told that I am going to have to live with my damaged tv. Multiple times I have been left with communicate. This claim was filed on July 18. The only thing that I have ever asked for is for this 65" LED TV to be replace. I am asking for the value of the TV and the extended warranty that I purchased. This was a new TV and it should replaced not repair as such. Below is the TV and Extended Warranty information. I have all supporting emails and voicemails with dates and times.

Samsung 6534 Class 641234 LED plus extended warranty $1,129.98. I have already sent a copy of the receipt.

The third item that was damaged was my Customer [redacted]- really not looking forward to this!
