elevations he had were very criticalBut as I said before I will take a look and try to resolve something for him

I am rejecting this response because:  he said for 3 weeks he would come to check it out and still hasn't.  I don't want it to go any longer, it's a mess.  We'll do 30 days from now to take care of it.  We do have many pictures to show the parking lot if needed.  Thank you.
