Was recommended to me by my realtor when purchasing a home in NW CalgaryMy inspectors name was RandyHe was thorough and knowledgable His inspection equipment was clearly of good quality and he was comfortable with its use Honestly he was a little more thorough than I had expected, he actually got up on the roof to do a good visual and tactile inspection whereas I've heard that most inspectors will not actually go up on the roof
Through my own work I am fairly familiar with residential bullring codes and I am comfortable that Randy has a real solid foundation of code knowledge
Additionally he provided lots of good advice on home maintanemce
Also worth noting, our first scheduled appointment for the inspection fell through when we learned that the sellers realtor had not informed the homeowner we were coming and were turned away at the door Randy was absolutely understanding and very flexible with re scheduling at no extra charge to us
The inspection report was professionally compiled and the cost was several hundred dollars less than my friends had said they had paid for inspections in the past
