Review: Order [redacted]. Purchase was made for silver French clip earrings ($56.76) on Feb 2, 2014. Internet order states "Shipping (Custom: 1st Class Mail USPS (4 - 7 business days))". The earrings have not yet been received. The web site provides no tracking information. When I have called - twice - I have been told the item is in transit. I have asked for a refund and been told that when the item is delivered, I can return it and they will refund to me. Hoswever, after one month, I still have neither the item nor my money, and am still being told the item is in transit. I assume the item was lost with the post office, but that is not my problem. I want my money back. When I called today and asked what would happen if it is never delivered, they hung up on me.
