[redacted] , as we previously discussed, one of the issues that our technician discovered with the dryer was the high limit switch was tripping because the dryer vent was clogged There was an extreme amount of lint in the dryer vent system and our technician cleaned out the dryer outlet and the vent Most issues related to dryers not getting hot enough for drying clothes is because the dryer vent system needs to be cleanedBased on what our technician observed, the dryer limit switch was no longer tripping and the dryer appeared to be working properly When you called back stating that your dryer was not drying properly, I told you I could recommend an appliance repair company for you to contact since there was obviously another issue going on with the dryer and was beyond the expertise of any of our technicians on staff We only charged you for the work we performed As stated earlier the dryer vent was clogged and had to be cleaned As for the table and chairs, our technician obviously mis-understood you He noticed the chairs legs were loose and he adjusted them We offered to send him back to tighten the table at no charge
