Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: I am unable to get to the store without assistance due to my inability to walk without a walker and have been suffering from several serious medical ailments including inflammation of my legs I am physically unable to go to the store but rather I want the store to send an employee to pick up the recliner, which I told them I did not want a recliner redelivered, and I want a credit to the card charged for this recliner.This is the only resolution I will accept because I expressly told the company when they delivered the wrong recliner that I did not want a re-delivery and I wanted the company to issue a credit to my card.Thank you, [redacted] In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
