I have spoken to Jacob on 7/21/and explained my medical condition that I was dealing withI believe that we have resolved the issue

I am rejecting this response because:
I was told the service takes 6-weeks initially
and I was fine with that. When FOUR months elapses and I haven't heard from MRK what is a consumer supposed to do? I called over times left numerous messages and received no response. Not until I file a complaint with the Revdex.com does the company respond. There is nothing more to discuss. Send me back my original harness, ECM, TAC and pedal you have my address. Additionally how am I to know you have a health issue when you do not call, email or respond to any of my messages. This service or the lack there of has cost me many wasted months and additional parts I had to purchase. Return my stuff

The service takes 6 to 8 weeks to complete. I was also down dealing with a Tyroid issue. I have not heard from this customer in the past 2 weeks. I'm more than happy to speak to him if he has any questions.

My apologies, as I was dealing with a severe medical condition. Chris has been refunded and his items that were sent in for conversion has been mailed back.
