Mrs. Maxwell's Bakery

We ordered a birthday cake for our * years old daughter. While waiting for the cake to be prepared, my daughter started jumping around and saying she wanted to urinate. As big and as well known as this business is, anyone would think that they would have a bathroom for their customers. The manager stated that their restroom is only for their employees. My daughter almost urinated on herself due to their lack of provision of a bathroom for their many customers to relieve themselves. I had to leave to go to another place of business and begged for my daughter to use their bathroom. I am so livid and disappointed. We have been coming their for years and we won't be leaving [redacted] to buy cake here in the future.
