wash on January 19, Due to the extremely cold weather conditions at the time,

wash was In fact not working and was having problems with freezing pipes and mechanisms
Unfortunately during this time the company representative, who deals with all Issues of this
sort, was injured and unable to respond to the customer in a timely mannerWe do try our
best to respond to any and all complaints or issues within to hoursIt is our

Review: The car wash malfunctioned causing damage to me and my personal belongings inside the car. The wash said it was ready to enter after I made payment. As I was entering and putting up my window after making payment (which also doesn't dispense a receipt I noticed) it began prematurely spraying without allowing me time to get my car in position for the wash. This soaked me along with my belongings and interior of car. While trying to reverse away from the spray I was not able to get a full car wash either, which I had already paid for. I then had to come home and dry the interior of my car and personal property. I have been making multiple attempts to contact the number listed and it is not a valid number.Desired Settlement: At minimum the money for $8 car wash refunded, an apology and a complimentary car wash along with getting this problem corrected with the operation of the car wash.

Review: Car wash mechanism broke in initial stage of soaping car. I contacted the emergency number to notify and requested a call back. Had followed up with three text messages to the number and received no response to credit for the service that was not provided and inconvenience of finding another location to continue the process of washing my vehicle.Desired Settlement: Would like refund of fees paid.
