Mt Shasta Animal Hospital

Our animals have been treated with TLC, excellent care, efficiency and customer service by all the staff at MS Animal Hospital over the 11 years that we have lived in Siskiyou County. In the past year with new ownership and staff turnover, what was an orderly model vet practice has become chaos. They seem to have trouble with the basics: refills aren't processed timely and require multiple calls. We made appointments for our dogs to receive shots. Some but not all of the shots were given, missing our dogs rabies shot. We have spoken with co-workers, friends, and community members who a long-time customers of MS Animal Hospital and they echo the same concerns. Sadly, we are on the lookout for a new vet clinic.
