September 13, 2016Thank you for forwarding this customer's concerns to me and allowing me the opportunity to respond to her concerns with a more accurate account of the situationThe customer's account of the situation, as is stated in her complaint, is missing pertinent information as weJI is
inaccurate according to our documented records*** *** did contact our company on 8/25/regarding a clog in her lineWe did, as stated in her complaint, initially send out our plumber, Juan to address the problemJuan did offer the service at a discounted price of $rather than the book price of $Juan had difficulty clearing the line and as a result, our Master Plumber, Mike was sent out to the residenceMike was informed by the tenant that he {the tenant) had previously cleared the line on several occasionsMike was able to clear the line and provided *** *** with a day or time back guarantee as per our landlord/tenant policy*** *** was contacted by our Master Plumber, Mike and explained that there was a problem with a her trapHe informed her that the issue needed additional attention and provided estimates to either cap the line or to dig up and replace the line*** *** requested financing and although Mike assisted her in completing the application, she was not approved for the financingOn 8/28, days later, *** *** contacted our company stating that the clog had occurred again and that sewer water was going into the basementWe sent out another plumber, Bob, who cleared the line and then voided the warranty as this was the one time back as per our policy and there was an ongoing problem that needed to be rectified by additional actions*** *** was contacted by both Mike, the Master Plumber and myself on 8/29/via telephone and her options were explained to her a second time in detailShe opted not to have additional work completed to have the problem rectified.I would like you to know that I was contacted by *** *** yesterday, 9/12/16, and she has contracted with us to completed the task of addressing her problem as identified by us on our first visit to her homeThe job will be completed on 9/15/16.In closing, we provided *** *** with the service that she paid for and honored our day time back landlord/tenant guarantee as per our policy which was explained to her prior to the start of the initial job and since her complaint to your office, she has contracted us to take the additional steps to address her ongoing plumbing issueThank you for your timePlease fee! free to contact me at *** *** *** if you require additional information.Sincerely,Michael H
