Review: MTP installed new air conditioning lines to my home which was performed unacceptable. The company sent out another service tech within a few days to either fix the shabby job to the best they could. I sent MTP pictures and were in agreement of all my concerns such as wires hanging, they made a sling to hold a piece of pipe, never protected the pipes, left screws off units, etc. The original tech gave a quote that was not up to the job or explained. He also left cigarette butts all over my yard. The term was to "replace" which they did not do they created new holes and left old stuff in its place. A few months later I was having my home power washed when the contractor sent me a picture that was on top of the home where the a/c lines came out of and the original HVAC tech left a huge hole without sealing it and ruined my vinyl siding. I sent the picture to MTP and they told me to have it fixed by my contractor and they would reimburse me. I then sent them the invoice of $225 (meanwhile their job was in excess of $3K) and the picture that it was fixed and they are now are disputed the invoice and took back their verbal agreement. I called [redacted] and he was extremely rude to me on the phone. A year before this they sent out a tech and it cost me $700 for him to put Freon in the lines and a dye. Their tech [redacted] stated that tech should have never done this and suggested to replace they lines. MTP refused to reimburse me the additional Freon but sent me a money order (which I thought was odd instead of a company check) for the dye. After toying me around saying this was sent out five days earlier then I received it (I know this from the postmark of envelope and date of money order) I did receive my $90. It is like pulling teeth to get a response from this company and I want my $225 back for fixing this hole which I do not think is excessive. MTP charges $85 just to come out to look at a job.Desired Settlement: I want the $225 back to fix the excessive hole their tech [redacted] put on the side of my home.
