Mr*** has paid Mueller in full, and there is no outstanding balance on his account. There was a misunderstanding between our Salesman and Mr*** regarding the placement of a wall that was settled in a phone call on 3-21-17; however, while our Salesman was in the process of
applying a credit to Mr***'s account to reflect their 3-21-agreement, an automated billing system mailed Mr*** that billThe credit to Mr***'s account has since been processed and there will be no further bills. The bill at issue here was an unfortunate accident that would have been cleared up by a short phone call or email to Mueller Finally, I would like to note that Mueller does not charge its customers for damaged or nonconforming products, and Mueller replaced Mr***'s damaged product at no additional expense
