Ms*** Thank you for your Revdex.com inquiry We value our customer feedback to better serve our customer in the future After further investigation your transmission issues were severe and you declined to have the transmission repaired If there was an issue with the repairs, the vehicle should of been brought back for us to check it You took your vehicle to another shop and as per our conversation they told you that some sensors were not connected correctly We find that hard to believe, if that was the case the vehicle would of had not been able to be driven The fees paid to Midas were for inspection of the transmission...labor was involved We regret the fact that we cannot justify any sort of refund If you would like to have the repairs done we would be more than happy to apply the charges to the repairs If I can be of any further assistance please feel free to contact me directly at [redacted] Kind regards, [redacted]

that is our standard warranty After you decided to meet me at the *** *** location to further inspect your vehicle, we found that your hub bearing had failed and damaged your abs sensor and our cv half shaft Our offer still stands of us warranting out our cv half shaft and repairing the bearing and abs sensor at our cost We cannot warranty out a part when *** is not performing the work We cannot justify a refund when other mechanics are repairing your vehicle outside *** We regret the fact that you decided to drive your vehicle in an unsafe condition If you would like to take advantage of our offer please contact me directly. I am rejecting this response because: I was NOT OFFERED ANY WORK AT *** COST when at the *** *** location and have the estimate to prove it.
I WAS NOT ABLE TO WARRANTY THE AXLE WHEN I REQUESTED IT at the *** location (that was supposedly replaced in December and went bad after month) and was told they would not replace it without being able to do all the other work that would cost ME $So I took my car to another shop to get a second opinion, not drive an unsafe vehicle The shop that I had to take my car to AFTER going to *** *** location and BEING DENIED to warranty out the axle provided me with pictures of the condition the car was in when he received it and it was a mess. I have not asked for anything more than a refund for the axle THAT I HAD TO REPLACE TWICE AFTER MONTH because I do not believe they actually replaced my axle at all. When I asked them to tell me where they got it from so I could purchase it after the new shop could not find my axle anywhere but KIA, they told me the information was not in the computer and I would have to call back in the morning and speak with 'Tony' and rely on him being able to recall where he supposedly got it from. This is bogus and bad business. I will never let another *** ever touch my car again. This issue has not been addressed at all as far as I am concerned and I DO NOT wish to speak directly with *** *** because we have already tried that with no luckI want to speak with his boss.
