Review: Pat Murphy sold me a car on June 6, 2014. At the time, the car had one (1) key and no owner's manual. Pat assured me he would have a 2nd key made and would send an owner's manual directly to my home. As of today, September 15, 2014, Pat has not kept his word to have a 2nd key made or provide an owner's manual. Pat won't return phone calls or emails. Even after stopping in the sales office on Tuesday, September 2nd, Pat has failed to provide either the key or the owner's manual.Desired Settlement: Provide one (1) key and one (1) owner's manual for the make/model of the purchased car
