Review: Hi ThereDon't give me this **. When a Customer orders a product from your catalogue the onus is on you to check out if something is NOT CORRECT. Don't pass the buck on to your Manufacture.You are always giving me excuses. You should have before shipping this violin case have emailed me that such and such is the difference between the advertised product within your catalogue on your website, not when I mentioned you the difference between a 2 bow and a 4 bow violin case (which is a lot) and on top of this you have the nasty cheek of telling me that I will have to pay for the shipping expense.You should be ashmed of yourself for resorting to this type of your operation.I am being fair in telling you that I have complained to the Revdex.com of New York as well as the Revdex.com of NJ. At this time, I have not been contacted by Music Basics regarding complaint ID [redacted].HiI have NOT YET received any response from Music Basics. My request was very simple in that I told them that what I ordered was a Violin Case with an option to hold 4 Bows and not 2.Their response was that they do not check what they get from their manufacturers because they change their case. I told them that is upto Music Basics to check their merchandise and sent me what Ihad requested them to send me.This Violin Case is for my Grandson who is very disappointed with their Violin Case and has asked me that if this is NOT resolved that he will never want to have any item from this vendor because they really don't care about little folks who want to learn playing the violin and will inform ALL his friends about the conduct of Music Basics.Please post this on your Web Site about their code of doing business.Thank YouSincerely,[redacted]
