The WORST customer service I have ever experienced not to mention extremely expensive. I understand companies need to make a living but a 400% markup is disgusting and wrong. I was totally taken by this company and I hope those reading this will look elsewhere before using them. Not to mention when I called to discuss my concerns the front desk woman who referred to herself as a supervisor hung up on me. I would think twice before dealing with a company that hangs up on their customers. Buyers beware!
