I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. [redacted] contacted me on or about 8/10/2016, wanting to meet with me to try to resolve the issue, I explained to him, that I had just placed my sister into hospice care that day, and my schedule would be up in the air for a while. He was understanding and said he'd contact me in a couple of weeks. I guess, [redacted] was reminded by virtue of an e mail from Revdex.com, and he again called sometime last week and left a message on my cell phone. I called [redacted] office 9/12/2016 @11:23 am and left a message for him, and of this time 8:34 am 9/14/2016, I have not received a return call. So as of this day and time, it is status quo, nothing has been resolved.
