customer was clearly informed it would not ship for days.she canceled order and was refunded per requestThe fact that she is trying to use the Revdex.com to obtain an item for free after being canceled is fraud

This guitar was shipped internationally to the customer and a customs number was providedWe have a deliver confirmationFirst the customer stated they did not receive the item but when we produced documentation of delivery they changed their statement to the item was damagedWe asked for images
of the damages to be sent to us and no response was given.The customer has filed a dispute with their credit card company and we have provided all the documentation to that company and so far the dispute has been decided in our favor.We are always here to help a customer but when situations like this occur they reek of fraudThe customer has been given every opportunity to provide documentation of the damage and since they have not and also keep changing their dispute story based on there attempt to get their money back on a delivered guitar is unacceptable.SincerelyDennis S

I am rejecting this response because:I have an email from our local post office that the guitar did not reach the shore of Singapore I also have emails from the company which told us that they had Trace the guitar with usps and even file a claim ** *** told us a refund is in process and was held by the bank but when I checked with the bank they told me no such transaction had taken place If I had rcv the money I would not have gone thru the hassle to contact the bank n ask Revdex.com for help We are still waiting for the chargeback and also waiting for news from Revdex.com hence we did not proceed with the arbitrationWe had also go to the police to file a police case If I had rcv the refund as promised Do you think I will go thru the hassle to make a police report Pls find attach the pic of emails from local post office n musiclandcentral which agreed a refund Pls help me Thanks

because:
Their statement is a blatant lie.  
They have sent "parts" once. This was to replace a faulty switch that was on the guitar when it first arrived. Two parts were in this package, an amplifier to replace the amplifier with the faulty switch. And an arm rest, which was by all indications not an OEM part and definitely not requested. I have offered to send both the arm rest and the faulty amplifier back to them. They declined this offer.
In total only two parcels have been received, the original purchase of goods and the replacement switch/amplifier. 
There has never been any "third" parcel (second parts) sent containing the missing tremelo arm, acorns nuts and j hooks. There has been no correspondence from them to me regarding sending of the missing parts, and definitely no provision of parcel tracking number. 
Attached is the complete set of all correspondence with the seller.  Read the correspondence and you will see multiple requests for updates  and information over a long period of time and seldom few replies. The last comment received is an accurate indicator of their attitude towards fixing this problem.
Their method of operation appears to be to ignore reasonable requests for this matter to be dealt with in a timely and efficient manner and drag the issue out until the time limits for registering a complaint with either paypal or ebay have expired. Meanwhile as a buyer you are left with no option to play along with this rded childish game in the hope that whomever you are dealing with decides to do the correct thing and fix the problem.

I recently ordered a 3-pk of DiMarzio HS-3's from MusicLandCentral.com. Not my first choice of vendors, but it was the only place that I could find black HS-3's online, and everything else on my guitar was black or green. So for aesthetic, I figured, what the hell? Poor decision on my part.

The website said it would ship within 4-7 days. I was on a 2-month national tour at the time, while also building a custom guitar with my luthier at Sweetwater. I was under a pretty hectic time constraint as it was. After 2 weeks without receiving my pickups, I reached out and asked what the deal was. In poorly-articulated English, Dennis Sullivan expressed that it would ship out soon, and he'd update the tracking information. Tracking was never updated, but I did receive the package about 5 days later. Great! I thought, I can finish the guitar in the nick of time. The pickups were sent to my luthier, who informed me that one of the 3 pickups was broken. So I had to last-minute purchase an Area 61 from Sweetwater, who by the way, excels at customer service and is ALWAYS my first vendor of choice. Long story short, Dennis wouldn't respond to me for days about the broken pickup, and when I sent a follow-up email asking for my money back, he straight up lied to me and said that he already emailed me about it- blatantly not true. He also told me that he wouldn't refund my money and that I'd have to go through DiMarzio to get a replacement.

All in all, my experience MusicLandCentral was one of unprofessional garbage, and I STRONGLY URGE you to find another company if you have any interest in getting working products in a timely fashion, with any possibility of good customer service should things be messed up. But if you're just looking to waste your money on broken stuff, send it to me instead!

It took 3 weeks and at least 5 aggressive emails to get my order of 20 picks.
