I feel that MusicToday responded without looking at the details of my complaint. The discount offer was on THE BANNER of their website, not in their email.The banner clearly stated that I would receive a discount and there was no expiration date listed. I think this may have been a mistake on their part, because as soon as I contacted them, they seemingly realized their error and removed their banner.I am not going to accept their response. Their banner ad on their website was clearly deceptive and I cannot tolerate their deceptiveness

We've investigated the customer's issue and there seems to be main issue (1) The item purchased is not included in that offer, I've attached a link to a copy of the email he would have received - Media has always been excluded from our offers customer ordered an LPCopy of newsletter mentioning
exclusions:http://mgtrk.***.com/m/1/***/**-***-***/*/*/***-***-***-***-***(2) Notes on the order indicate he was not signed up for our newsletter, and was using an email from another company not ours regarding the discount. We don't offer discounts on outside company offersWhich in this case is purely unimportant, as the media item would not have been included in the discount even if they had signed up for our newsletter.I am sorry that the customer is not satisfied with the resolution, but unfortunately, it's just a case where the discount doesn't apply to the purchase.
