Mr *** wrote us on Sunday 4/26/asking to be canceled for his 4/28/recurring membershipThe terms of his membership state that he cannot cancel via our CONTACT FORM as it is not a secure form for communications for financial mattersAnyone could enter his email address and cancel his
account if that form were usedWe require an actual email sent to us using the email address they have on our systemAdditionally we require business days notice prior to all cancellations which Mr *** agreed to when enrolling. We emailed him back asking for a direct email to our support email address and let him know he would be canceled in POOR STANDING because he did not meet the terms and conditionsHe then wrote in from his email address with his cancellation and we replied to him with his official cancellation confirmation Summary: Mr *** did not cancel properly and yet we still canceled his accountHis billing date was to be 4/28/and he wasn't billed and has been not billed since so we are puzzled by his claim. We have documentation for each and every email communication sent to and received from Mr ***His claim has no basis in fact and additionally he will have no documentation to prove otherwise. This is a claim and we stand in a position to defend our position. Thank you for the opportunity to reply to this and baseless claim. ***
