Review: After a few months the sofa that I brought from the store It started to sink. I called up the store and explained to them the situation, they took down my number and addresse and I was told someone would come by to take a look at it to see if they could repair it because he said it might be a spring issue that they can just tighten up If not they would replace the sofa. Weeks have gone by and no one has came to look at the issue. I decide to go to the store and talk with the manager who takes my info down and apologies for everything and tells me the issue would be resolve soon and he would give me a call. It's now months later and no one still has called not even once and no one has come to fix my sofa which is sinking. I called up [redacted] to report them they made a request and I was told that we're I bought the sofa is the only place that can take care of my issue great now I'm back to square 1 with my furniture and it's 1 YEAR Later with no progress... Please help me with my issue I want someone to fix my Sinking Sofa ASAP or give me a ReplacementDesired Settlement: They must either fix the sofa or replace it...
