Appointment made quickly. Called 30 minutes prior to arriving. Brandon was very polite an answered questions very professionally.
He cleaned up any mess and wore protective shoe covers! They even had coupons for the work done. Payment was easy with a check, credit card or cash.
VERY pleased with his work. Will contact My Plummer again if the need arises and will ask for Brandon!!

Received great service today from My Plumber. I called and got same day service. An estimate was provided before approving the work. Service representative was very positive and explained everything that was being done has he completed the work. He is very professional and his work is very clean.

I have used My Plumber Heating and Cooling for a long time, about 10 years. Adam O./Chris W. came out today when I had a clog in my water line going outside. I really appreciate how they explain things and I know they can be a little more expensive, but I have never had any trouble with any work they have done. They have always gone above and beyond in being helpful and understanding. Adam fits into the polite and helpful service that I have always received.

Tristan was our service provider from My Plumer. He gave us excellent service. He assessed the problem and explained our options and prices. Once we made a decision he went to work and in a short time it was finished. He had replaced our kitchen faucet. He left everything clean and polished just like new. We were very pleased. He was very personable.

john p. is a fast and efficient plumber. When I use My Plumber in future I will as for this guy and this guy only.

I am the owner of the a rental property where My Plumber undertook extensive work as detailed below. I also own several other properties for which I routinely hire specialized contractors, including plumbers. In my experience of almost twenty years I have not been subject from any other contractor to the combination of poor work, unfulfilled commitments and illegal and malicious threats to put a lien on the property for the payment of erroneous and inflated bills before the contract had been completed. Details follow.
My contract with My Plumber consisted of two parts: a sewer line replacement with a 20 year guarantee and above ground piping including in particular the replacement of a tub drain and hydrojet system flushing for a total quoted price of $12000.
A. On the sewerage line replacement there were several shortcomings in the execution. The location of the Cast Iron pipe was misdiagnosed by Troy V[redacted]. Consequently much more dredging was necessary than I signed up for, increasing the risk of sags or cracks in the walkway. This was further increased because the compacting of the earth every 18” fell short of what was promised. Nor were the sewer pipes “completely surrounded by gravel to lock them in place” as we were told before the job was done and as My Plumber subsequently falsely claimed in writing had been done. I decided not to ask that any corrections be made for any of these shortcomings provided I received the promised 20 year warranty.
B. Regarding the above ground sewer piping the major shortcoming was that the tub drain was not replaced contrary to what we were promised in writing. When a leak emerged within a few days, we first tried to contact the responsible manager, Troy V[redacted], and when he did not respond his supervisor was contacted. There was no response from my Plumber to our emergency request to fix a contractual obligation. I had to use my own plumber to fix the problem. My Plumber accepted responsibility for this shortcoming and agreed to rebate the cost of $250 I paid to my own plumber. But they refused to pay me for an additional $250 that I had to pay my contractor to open the ceiling for the plumbing work to proceed and then close the ceiling when the job was completed !!
C. Warranties. The promised 20 year warranty for the sewer work and 2 year warranty for the above were not provided before I was asked to pay a grossly inflated balaaglnce on the contract. The physical work was completed on July 3rd and I sent My Plumber an email on July 7th offering to pay the correct balance on receipt of the two warranties. None was forthcoming until I received a call on July 21st from the Accounts Receivable Supervisor (Savannah C** falsely claiming I had waived the written notice requirements under the Maryland Code relating to contractor liens against real property; and illegally threatening to place a lien on my property if I did not pay an erroneous and inflated bill “within 24 hours”. At that point I had little choice but to hire the services of a lawyer who informed My Plumber of our intention to seek appropriate relief and damages if it proceeded with the malicious threat of its Accounts Receivable Supervisor; and asking for the promised warranties so that the correct balance could be paid.
Subsequently I received an erroneous total bill of $14404 instead of the agreed price of $12000 with an outstanding balance that was about $1000 above the amount actually due. This was corrected in due course but only after I hired a lawyer and the warranties were provided. However, My Plumber refused to reimburse me for my legal expenses of $300 which only became necessary because of My Plumber’s technical and administrative shortcomings.
In conclusion, My Plumber’s motto that “we seek 100% customer satisfaction” is not born out by my experience as well by the failure of My Plumber’s Resolutions Manager to satisfactorily address the above shortcomings.
