I c*** AKA Samson Distributing to make an order the lady on the other end said that the credit card transaction neither declined nor went through with the confirmation number so she said she would forward the issue over to customer service and they would call me back after waiting days I never received a phone call from customer service at that time I decided to cancel my order I called once again could not get a hold of customer service so the ordering Department said they would cancel the order and forward it to customer service in which turn? They would call me and let me know I have not heard anything from customer service and just received a notice on my credit card statement that the charge did go through I have called every day to get ahold of customer service about this matter and have left several messages for them to call me back and have got not one single reply
