I bought a Christmas gift from mynamenecklacecanada.comWhen purchasing, it stated that the product would be here before Christmas and estimated Dec 21, Here it is Dec and nothingThe tracking information doesn't even state that it has reach Canada yet When I contacted customer service I was told "We assure you this matter will be resolved to your complete satisfaction" Now I know that you can't guarantee shipping dates and arrival dates, but if I had been given the option to pay more for faster shipping to get it here for Christmas I would have but since it said it would be here, I was confident that it would be I have since asked for a refund back since this has been a complete waste of my time and money for a $Christmas present

I recently purchased a personal dog paw necklace for my wife who recently lost her service dogWhen we picked up the necklace at our Walmart store we were not impressed with the quality of the necklace and the engraving was very poorThe back of the necklace had been scratchedThe chain was suppose to be 20" it look like an 18" and poor quality When I ordered the necklace I thought I was dealing with Walmart and not another company (My Necklace.com) even though Walmart billed me The cost did not coordinate with the lack of quality of the product

I placed an order on mynamenecklacecanada.com on May 2017, for four necklaces to be delivered by Mothers Day The website has prices clearly marked in Canadian Currency My total was $ My husband checked our credit card online, and the store converted it to American money, which meant that we were charged around $400, Mothers Day came and went, with no necklaces I contacted mynamenecklace and asked for a refund I also told them that I did not appreciate being ripped off and getting charged in American currency when the site is clearly marked in Canadian currency The response that I got back was that there website shows me ordering from an American site, so oh well to me, and if I want a refund, I will be charged a 30% restocking fee, even though my order wasn't even made!, Please help me to get my money back
