Review: The application for the $500.00 did not disclose the billing info very clearly. As a senior who needed emergency money, I just answered the questions necessary to obtain the loan but nothing was sent to me in writting or by email what the conditions were about paying back. at the very bottom is what I now noticed (after purchasing new reading glasses) so I did overlook the "tiny writting"at the bottom that says something like "conditions" but they told me on phone they would take out of my back acct. $150.00 ev other wk. but they took out $225.00 saying it was because my loan was given sooner? something like that, then they took out $150.00 twice more, and want to take out of my acct. $150.00 this payday and something about, "We will take out total of 4 times $150.00 then give me 5% credit towards the principal of $500.00 so if you want to pay off today, we need $650.00!" told verbally to me today by phone. so I just put a "stop payment" on the whole thing! I have already paid them more than $500.00 already.Desired Settlement: That due to the fact that they don't explain in writting what the payment condtions are, I feel I do not owe them any more money.

Review: I applied to receive a loan from this place on Thursday, September 6, 2013. I never received the funds. I called to cancel this loan on Monday, September 8, 2013. I was told that it would be cancelled in two to three business days. On Monday, September 15, I received an email about repayment. I called Customer Service and was hung up on. I called Customer Service again and was told that the loan had still not been cancelled. The people in Customer Service have very broken English and they can't be understood. I am very concerned that they will try and collect for this loan on the 20th of September. I can't repay something I have never received. They are unwilling to work with me on this. Please help.Desired Settlement: Cancel this loan and do not attempt to collect repayment, and do not contact me again.

Review: I have been trying to call this company for 3 days to pay off my loan. I finally got a hold of someone on the website chat and I want to just pay off the $500 I owe, but they are wanting to charge me a $150 finance fee on top off the $500 even though I am trying to completely pay it off. After I explained I was upset and just want to pay it off without having to pay the $150 on the same day the chat rep said thats all I can do, have a good day and closed the chatDesired Settlement: I want the finance charge dropped and for them to take just the $500 loan value
