Ordered a remote start It didn't work After a long support call I was old they would ship a new starter Charged me an extra $for the privilege The new module did not work Sent a complete e-mail with descriptions and videos, no reply, so I called Took hours to get a call back from support, and the guy was rude Got a second support person and he was nice, determined that they not only sent the wrong directions, but a setup that would not work Agreed to send a replacement They sent a shipping notice, but didn't bother to ship until a week later When that finally arrived, it didn't work either Sent another folle-mail and called Was told they would call back They have not, and they are sending my calls to voicemail It has been several weeks since I ordered the product, and I would like to say better things, but if they do not even have the courtesy to call back, or honor their commitments in a timely manner, I have no choice but to warn others to watch out!
