Response to Complaint: We, Pabian Properties, are disputing the complaint given by [redacted] Mr [redacted] was late on paying his condo fees for two monthsWe tried to contact him on several occasionsWe have both emails one dated October 9th, and the other dated October 21st, We also mailed out two letters to Mr [redacted] on September 15th, as well as November 16th, stating he was behind in his condo fees and HOA feesWe finally received a response via email from Mr [redacted] on December 4th, requesting us to waive three late fees and the convenience feeWe waived one late fee due to his settlement on his condo taking place in the middle of the month of SeptemberThe other two late fees we are not willing to waive because in reality he was late in paying the feesWe issue the late fees on the 11th of each month and the fees were not paid for October and November until December 3rd, In regards to the convenience fee we can not waive thatAnyone who pays with a credit card is charged a $convenience fee, if we were to waive it for Mr [redacted] we would have to waive it for everyone [redacted]
