the damage was caused by shipping company and therefore, we have refunded the customer for the full order cost.we cannot be held responsible for futher damage other than the original order value

The damage was NOT caused by the shipping company. The damage was caused by criminally careless, inadequate packagingA dangerous substance was mailed in a leaky bottle in a cardboard box. The corrosive liquid leaked from the bottle, burning a hole in the box and then right into my ottoman. One of my grandchildren could have been badly burnedI have the bottle, the box and the ottomanAnd pictures!
