Columbia Doctors eventually gave me access to the hard drive I had purchased but they encrypted it so the data on it is
inaccessible, rendering it useless

another bill from the business still with the wrong amount on it. It doesn't seem to matter what time I call there is never a time when they answer the phone or when a financial rep is available to talk.Sincerely,[redacted]
