November, it was the last roof Perfect Home Restoration had completed for the season. We did speak with you to inform you that we would be returning to redo the carport of your home in the spring. Unfortunately we have had a rather cold spring. Because of this cold weather we have been unable to begin roofing this year. We want the temperature to be above 45 degrees for several days in a row before we install shingles otherwise they will not seal and function as they should. You were told that because the season changed after your roof replacement in November and hasn’t warmed up enough to begin roofing again that it is a possibility it could take some time to return to replace the shingles on the carport.
