It is true that the client has signed an authorization for us to assist in the recovery of his grandfather's estate but I have informed him before we took on the case that he needs to sign an additional authorization for us to provide complete service in this complex case with different interested

Review: NFS was secured to research the estate of my late Grandfather. I've received documents to sign, notarize and return. Since the submission of notarized documentation, I have not been able to contact [redacted] or staff at NFS. Prior to the signing of the documentation, [redacted] and staff were very reachable and very proactive pertaining to this matter. My concern is that this is a scheme or a scam to appropriate funds and assets of my deceased Grandfather's estate. This is the first step of many steps, I am taking to resolve this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like the further process of settling my Grandfather's estate to be expeditiously addressed.
