Below is an email from the company regarding a shipment ready to be shipped todayI still have not had any contact from the company regarding their explanation for the lack of responseI would like to leave this complaint open until I have had a chance to review the shipment if and when it arrives Thank you for your help [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:yes the item was shipped, almost days lateNo attempt at contact was madeThey had an email address, a phone number, I left several messages with ways to contact me, and they did not try onceNor did they offer a refund on said item as asked

I will not disagree that the product was deliveredIt took me calling the company on separate occasions, unanswered emails and finally a last message notifying the company that I had reported them to the Revdex.comThey have forever lost me as a customerNo one deserves to be ignored and treated like this

I placed an order on October 20, from National Parks DepotMy account was charged within hoursI have received no merchandise, no emails, no tracking numbers or anything elseI have called their customer support line many,many timesNo one is ever available to take your call and no one calls you backI've sent information request and get no responseI'm beginning to wonder if this is even a legitimate business or notThe real sorry partyt is what I ordered were gifts for my children

The customer reached out to us on 8/8/and we sent a new item on USPS tracking *** that day, which has been delivered on 8/We also sent a prepaid return label for the broken watch which has
not been returned as of yetPlease note that this issue has been resolved, we have not received any other contact from the customer via our customer service email

I have ordered things from this place The first item was not what I expected I called the phone number, Facebook them, e-mail them and wrote on their message board with no evail on getting a person or a call back But the item was descent so I gave it as a gift to someone I then order a back pack which was not what I expected but it was good enough and kept it Then I saw this great deal on a watch and order and had a friend order as well Well that took weeks longer than expected and no one sent me information and when I try to contact someone, no one ever got back to me, ever for even any of the communication I sent before The watch finally came and of course looks all nice but doesn't work so after days of trying to get it to work I am returning it Hopefully someone works their and can refund my money back I will update if I got my money or if this was a waste of time

This issue was resolved directly with the customer on 7/We have corrected the product issue that the customer was experiencing

This place is a rip off do not order from them. They take your money and never send you the product. I have contacted them several times and have not gotten a response. I have called them and even emailed them.
