First they "charged back" $457.13 but we only made about $300 in sales that day, so they took money out of the business bank account. They did it again, but the second time they took $484.07 but they didn't give any reasons why they took it out of the account. We have been trying to contact them but they won't answer or call us back.
I've attached screenshots so you can see how the $484.07 was deposited.You received 2 deposits on the 8th of January. Totalling $834.38. These deposits consists of transactions from the 6th Totaling 855.24, shown in the third screenshot below plus $20.86 for Discount/interchange fees. You should have only received $371.17 but due to the fraud transaction you received $484.07 more thus the withdrawal of the $484.07 on the 23rd.Please let us know if you have any more questions.
