Came here for the last ten years helpful staff always helping out friends and family I really trust this place because their honest wanted to give a few moments of my time about this excellent place

The first time I used this Company was to purchase a used tireEverything went well so I went back for an oil changeOn my second visit the mechanic inform me that I need $worth of work done I was in shock because I had recently purchased the car and had it checked out and was told all was ok except it needed an Osensor I went for a second opinion and was told that mechanic was not very honest that he was just trying to make money A few months later The starter went bad in our CadillacMy husband had it towed to their company because they were the only place openWe were told we would have to wait a few days because they ordered the a new part from the Cadillac dealershipWe waited finally and got the car home the car did not start correctly from day one I tried calling back to let them know To make a long story short the car died on me the next dayI then called back spoke with the manager [redacted] he apologized and said He would make things right [redacted] was off the following day another manager took over told me he personally did the job and that the starter is OK that my problem is my flywheelI explained to him I just recently had the car serviced and I was told nothing is wrong with my flywheel I had to have my vehicle towed from their company to another mechanic place that informed the starter was incorrect and install incorrectly and was a refurbish partNot in New partMy vehicle now runs fine from the new starter that the other company replaced it with and I am very happy but I would never ever use National Tire in Hollywood fl again

Overcharging for repairs Refuses customer access or observation of repairs in progress Car has additional problems that were not present prior to the "service" Verbal threats
Will not allow customers to speak to each other, threats afterward They will yell at you
Lying Shoddy service Incompetent management and staff FRAUD
Padding the charges, repairs are prolonged and will keep your car as "ransom" if you dispute the overcharge
Not sure why this business is operating in America, perhaps in Pakistan this is how American "infidels"should be treated
My recommendation: don't trust this business, they will lie to your face & laugh behind your back

Really wish they where more shops like national tire & auto repair that really like to help out customersThey really make sure that you are happy before you leave and let you know if any concerns that need to be acknowledge with your vehicleBeen coming for the last years with my family and friendsAlways recommend this shop as they always try to provide excellent service to their customersThe least I could do is write a few words to appreciate their hard work and efforts

The first time I used this Company was to purchase a used tire. Everything went well so I went back for an oil change. On my second visit the mechanic inform me that I need $800 worth of work done . I was in shock because I had recently purchased the car and had it checked out and was told all was ok except it needed an O2 sensor.
