Review: My complaint is about the burning or chocking of my plants that have died or are slowly dying. I have unsuccessfully tried to reach [redacted] by telephone to further discuss the lawn and tree/bushes services provided by his company. When I first spoke with him he told me he would take care of it. After never hearing from him, my sister called and spoke with him he assured her he would take care of it. He had a rep come out and take pictures of the lawn. A few days later, our hydrangeas, hosta and daisies started to shrivel up . They were destroyed after chemicals were applied to them. [redacted] said he never had this happen. He asked me to please take pictures and send them to him which I did via phone and he said he would send them to some professor to see what could have happened. Again stating he would take care of it. I have this entire text message and pictures on my phone.

I expected that he would have followed up after those prior telephone calls and text message and pictures were given to him. To date, we have not heard from him via phone or site visit which is what I requested. I have had these plantings in my garden for many years. I was extremely upset to see what happened to them.

Anthony assured me when I contracted with him, that I would be extremely happy with his services. I stressed that I wanted a reputable lawn service company that would demonstrate results. It couldn’t be further from the truth.Desired Settlement: I am requesting that the plantings that have been destroyed, be replaced which would be 2 daisies, 1 hydrangea is totally dead and 4 are questionable.

In response to the complaint logged. There's a few issues at hand. First, their account has been past due before the complaint was logged. Second we did have a text exchange and we promised to look at her shrubs, which we did. It was determined that we did not damage the plants. Third, We do not use chemicals on the trees and shrubs. There could be a lot of different factors with a dying shrub. could of been over watered, could of had round up put in her beds by her or landscaper, could just have had heat stress from the humidity, could just be old and dying. I'm mean she stated four are questionable. We serviced all of them with the same 100% Organic Fertilizer (which Does not burn) why did only two burn if that's the case?

Fourth, she talks about not being happy with the tree and shrub service, but has also neglected to make payments on the services performed on her lawn. Apparently she didn't state any dissatisfaction with the lawn.

We refused to perform more applications because she would not pay us for the lawn service or the Tree and shrub service. Then she logs a complaint a month later. Seems like she using Revdex.com to bully us into free services.

We can prove our products do not burn. Been using them for 13 years and we have never had a complaint logged against us. Meanwhile we have been with Revdex.com for years and have several hundred customers..

I am rejecting this response because:

1. Mr [redacted] never looked at my plants nor has he ever visited my property. He had one of his employees take pictures. He proceeded to tell me he had some professor working on this situation. I never heard from him again.

2. As far as being delinquent in payment farther from the truth. I received a call about a payment which they say they didn't receive. I called Antony and told him the check was issued that night. It was received and cashed. He told me it probably crossed I the mail, it happen sometimes.

3. I do not have a landscaper I cut my own lawn. I also have a water sprinkler system and watered heavily during the summer.

4. The only payment he was not sent was the last because of all the damage he caused to my plants. And yes, the lawn looks terrible also which I spoke to him several times and once was told he would take care of it. He did not. I have some of these responses on my cell phone along with the text whereby he agrees to rectify everything.

5. I am not bullying in Mr. [redacted] for $79.00 he is pathetic and a poor business man. I just don't want this to happen to anyone else. He is definitely not a man of his word. He never had the decency to return my calls.
