Nature's Touch

Worked with Larry at Cheyenne location Ordered $10,000 worth of furniture and it was paid in full on Aug 26th. We were told furniture would be delivered either 3rd week of November or 3rd week of December. I have called each month and been given excuses on why furniture was not ready. When I called on 12/17/19 I was told that furniture would be delivered 3rd week of Jan. Called again 01/22/20 to be told for sure I would have the first week of Feb. Called on 02/20/20 and was told that Larry was closing store to go and pickup not only my furniture but for a couple of other customers as well. Confirmed store was closed on Feb 22nd. Have not heard from Larry at all. Store is still closed. Larry's phone is not being answered as of 03/18 and voicemail is full. Contact number on website of 208-552-0277 is not working or disconnected. It has been almost 8 months since my furniture was ordered and I receive no communication from business at all. The only time I have any communication is when I reach out to find out what is going on.
