I am rejecting this response because: I tried calling them, and I left a voicemail to the number provided, and I got nothing in...

return before this 7 day deadline, so although I would have just liked the business to call me back and not force me to reject the response, I don't see what else I can do. Bottom line is, I ordered [redacted] Mirror in May for $179.00 and was charged accordingly. After several months of less than effective communication I settle on receiving the [redacted] [redacted] Mirror for $149.00 and was not reimbursed the difference. What a simple task for the business to accomplish! I even tried to make it easy by saying to throw in one of several different signs at are, you guessed it, $30! Somehow, I am seen as trying to extort them? The prices are plain as day on their website, and the email trail previously sent to the Revdex.com prove everything. I'm a veteran, father, and husband, last thing I want to spend my time doing is writing a complaint, I just want fair compensation. At this point, I do not want the product at all, I want to ship it back, and I want to be fully reimbursed. I cannot look at it without being reminded of this gross business practice.

Review: Purchased a sign from Neonsign.com in December over the phone with [redacted]. I was told the sign would be delivered by the 1st week in January 2015. It did not arrive as promised. After several phone calls and emails [redacted] finally responded with" The owner accidentally sold your sign" I told [redacted] they have 1 week to send the sign or they need to refund my credit card. She called a few days later and said they are going to pack and send FED EX. I received the package 3 1/2 weeks later and it was broken!!!! I called and emailed pictures of of the sign. [redacted] said they would send replacement bulbs/ tubes. I waited for another 2 weeks with no response. So I returned package COD to company via FED EX packaged by a professional. They denied package so I am still waiting!Desired Settlement: Refund

I ordered a MooseHead tap handle from this website on Nov 25, 2013. When I hadn't received a tracking number the following week, I called the number provided on the website and sent an email asking for the tracking number. As this was a part of a major renovation and Christmas gift, I was concerned about it making it on time. When I finally spoke to a rep. called [redacted] on Dec 11, 2013, I was told not to worry that I would receive the item in time.

On Dec 15, 2013, I received an email from PayPal stating that I was refunded due to an extra shipping charge of $44.00. I would have been happy to pay the extra shipping charges, had I been told that when I spoke with [redacted] on Dec 11, 2013 I would have paid the extra shipping.

I called [redacted] again Dec 16, 2013 asking why I wasn't told on Dec 11,th that the item hadn't been shipped because of the extra shipping charge. [redacted] replied by saying "I don't believe you would have paid that. You must be way up there." And was told if I wanted to pay $50 he would ship it today. Due to the fact the my PayPal account will not be refunded for 5 days, it isn't likely I would be making another purchase before I was refunded. I wasn't sure how to reply. The last thing I heard was "I don't know what to say, I gave you a refund". And then I was hung up on.

When I called DHL I was told that shipping would only ever be that expensive to ship if the items weight was more than 10lbs or if it was a rush delivery.

Had the order been shipped within 24 hours of purchase, the extra shipping would have been approximately $12. Something I would have been more than willing to pay.

Not only is it not being shipped from this company, but it is now too close to Christmas to find another supplier that can ship it before Christmas.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the item shipped to me, without having to pay extra shipping charges due to the fact that I was not told when placing the order or before it was cancelled.

This entire complaint is an frivolous attempt to harm a merchant with a life time of excellent standing with the Revdex.com.

This is a very frustrating situation. The email I received from PayPal states that the customer service representative cancelled the order (without speaking to me first about the extra shipping charges).

Clearly this company is unwilling to provide a basic level our customer service.

Once again a complete fabrication to further tarnish our good standing with the Revdex.com as well as an attempt to extort us to incur extra expenses by shipping the item for free by filing a fictional Revdex.com complaint. The refund was issued moments after the customer became irate and hung up on us. We are more than willing to go the extra mile for all our customers, just not those who are deceitful and void of moral integrity.

Review: My wife ordered $800.00 worth of neon signs for me for my christmas present back in December of 2014. Today is 3/5/2015 still no signs and no refund. This company is a total scam.. called the police department and there is no business even listed in their quaint community of Lincon, CA. Furthuremore there address is to a house not a business.Desired Settlement: Refund all money and demand this website be shut down!!

I ordered a sign for my daughter for Christmas 2014. It is now May 2015 and no response to calls and emails. I can only assume they have taken my payment and I will get nothing. Do not buy from this place!

I placed an order over 3 months ago and have yet to receive my order which was for over $500. I call and email regularly and have not been able to get someone to even return a phone call or email for the last 2 months.

Buyer beware! Contacted neonsign.com in November to check inventory and ask a few questions related to shipping. Seller reported item was in stock ([redacted] was the person who signed that email). Placed my order shortly thereafter. Card was charged immediately and an automated invoice was sent to my email. 3 weeks later, no shipping notification or any type of update from this outfit so I emailed to inquire about order status. 3 days later I receive a response and was told they were waiting on custom boxes (from [redacted]). This was never mentioned in my initial exchange, but ok. Let's wait for these ever important custom boxes. Boxes are a hot commodity and I fully understand the difficulty in sourcing such a scarce resource (/sarcasm). Clearly this was a stall tactic -- in hindsight I wonder how neonsign.com was trying to scam me.
Almost two months later and still no custom box, nor did I have my sign. Emailed the company again and also called to understand what the deal was. Never heard back from them. Disputed the charge with my credit card company (thankfully I did not use a cash payment option or PayPal) and received a refund due to the merchant not fulfilling their end of the deal. A little bit of digging around shows this business commonly uses stall tactics to explain why items have not shipped and I suspect that my case was no different. They simply don't have the items they have posted on their site available. They will gladly accept payment but fail to deliver. If you're looking for a neon sign, look elsewhere and forget about trying to work with neonsign. I found the sign I wanted on eBay and it was less expensive than neonsign's. It's currently hanging on my wall as I write this. Note to Neonsign: It shouldn't be this hard, but for some reason it was impossible for you to be an honest seller and provide the product that you showed on your site. Pathetic.
Take your business elsewhere and avoid the frustration.

Review: I ordered a Coors Light Silver Bullet Can Beer Tap Handle from their website Feb 12. The handle still has not arrived. I have left several emails on their website and have left several messages on the their answering service. Additionally, my credit was charged on Feb 12.Desired Settlement: Would like to actually receive an email stating the status of my order, receive the handle that was purchased and have a delivery tracking number be sent to my email address.

Review: I purchased a rare bar mirror from Neonsign.com on March 30th 2014 while deployed for $603.95. I contacted the owner directly before I purchased it to ensure they physically had the mirror and was assured that it was in stock and would be delivered within 2-3 weeks. I heard nothing for over a month and emailed multiple times before being informed the mirror they had was "broken." The owner said they would search for another and I agreed to give them time to look. I heard nothing and continued to email for months. I would get a response for every third or fourth email I sent saying they were "close to securing a new one". By October (7 months later), I said I wanted my money back. I was assured this would be done, gave them my information, but again, I received no response. Since October 4th I have called 4 times, each time being told that the owner has been reminded and that the person who answered the phone "could have sworn he mailed it out." I have also been promised a call back which I never received. Since Oct 4th, I have emailed 15 times and 3 have been answered with apologizes and the same response as the woman on the phone. Finally, I was told that my card could not be refunded because they switched vendors and had to mail me a check or use [redacted]. The last phone call informed me that creating a [redacted] account would make the refund much easier and would be quicker. I created it a week ago and emailed my information to them again....needless to say I have not gotten a response. I have all of the email traffic to support my claims if neededDesired Settlement: I want this company to refund me the $603.95 I paid 10 months ago so I can be done with this company for good. (I also think they should take down the advertisement for this product which is still on their website since they obviously do not have it. Its false advertisement.)

Review: My experience is similar to others on this site. Ordered a $350.00 mirror in late November 2014 and it took months to arrive after repeated phone calls and emails with "[redacted]". Mirror arrived broken (in fact, shattered). I supplied detailed photos to [redacted] for a shipping claim and they were supposed to send me another mirror. Last email from them on 2/4/15 said it would ship that week. Have not heard from them since and tried repeateldy to reach them. No email response. Phone goes immediately to voicemail (both 800# and local # on the packing slip. Google maps shows that the address is a residence, not a business property. At this point I can only assume they are out of business. I have demanded a refund directly from them via email and I repeat that demand here should the proprieters see this post.Desired Settlement: Full refund - $359.00

Review: Neonsign.com has not delivered or issued a refund of a product that was purchased 2 years ago. After several conversations and promises, I am now completely fed up. It was told to me at first that the "Guiness Mirror" that was purchased came in cracked so they needed to wait for an additional shipment. They then offered me additional products that I was not interested in. I was told as soon as the new shipment came in, I would be notified. This never happened. I was assured the next time I called that the shipment was already on its way. Then during the next phone call, it was discovered that there was an unfortunate passing in the family which my heart went out to--the business was clearly going through a rough time with finding someone to replace the partner. During my next few calls there was of course no answer with many messages left for someone to return my call. Then there was finally a woman who started working there to clean up all of these issues. However, every time I call to explain my issue the company assures me that they are going to refund the money through my [redacted] account. Every time I call they have NO IDEA what I am talking about, yet it seems to be the same person I am discussing this with every time I call. TWO YEARS later, after weeks of phone calls and explaining my case, I am still going through this frustration. She received a generic email from the company saying the sign would be shipped in a week or two. I have left many messages on the phone and through their contact email and have received no response. We purchased a [redacted]'s Beer sign to hang in our garage from this seller. We waited patiently and never received the item or any email the item was ever shipped. About a few weeks after purchase, we called this seller (number provided on their website) and was informed they were trying to locate the item from a supplier and had found one and would be shipped to us eventually. A month went by and we never received anything, we called again and they informed us they were still "looking" but would contact us as soon as they found one. We went through this process a few more times and they assured us we would eventually get the item we purchased (our last contact was in January). We were still hopeful we would receive this Beer sign based on our previous successful purchases from this seller. However as time went by we were doubtful we'd ever receive it, so we called them numerous times and our calls went to voice mail, we asked for a call back. We were never able to get a callback until March XX XXXX. A gentleman called us back (first time since January) and told us the former employees of this business no longer were employed there and they'd refund our money if we sent them an email detailing our purchase. I sent them the information from our paypal receipt, however our money has still not been credited back. We called them numerous times since, with nobody answering and no callbacks, and further emails. At this point, months later, I just want our money refunded as I doubt I'll ever receive this item.

I am not sure if this is even a real company, buyer beware.

I ordered a bar mirror for $250.00 on 12/21, and my credit card was charged that same day. The mirror was advertised as "in-stock" on the website.

After an inquiry as to how long shipping takes, I received a follow-up e-mail that my mirror would be arriving between 2-3 weeks after purchase and that I would receive tracking information once it shipped.

I waited approximately 2.5 weeks and had not received tracking information, so I e-mailed the company again (my contact is Heather, perhaps some others have dealt with her as well). Heather responded that the shipping was behind due to Christmas and she'd get me an ETA. I waited a week, but no response so I wrote again stating that I would need a shipping date or I would be canceling. Heather responded that she would get back to me the next day.

Here we are, one week later and I still don't have an ETA and Heather hasn't responded to my phone message insisting that I need a shipment date or that I need to cancel the order. I paid for the mirror a month ago, mind you.

It seems strange to me that the company charges your card before shipment (and in this case, a month before shipment), although I could understand this policy had I ordered a customized mirror. My suspicion is that, if this is a real company, the mirror I ordered is out of stock. Its unclear to me why the company has not been up front with me and just told me that, assuming that's the case.

A better way to handle business would be to maintain an accurate website and only advertise as "in-stock" those items that are actually in-stock, and when a customer orders an item that is no longer in-stock, let them know. At this point I'll just be happy to cancel my order. Please, buy your sign elsewhere this is the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Review: I ordered a product (tap handle) from this company on January 22, 2015. They stated delivery takes 2-3 weeks. Review: NeonSign.com is fraudulently trading. They appear to be in business and are taking orders for neon signs which are then not processed/shipped. They don't answer the phone - immediate diversion to voicemail. When I threatened to cancel the order, a lady phoned me back last week to tell me everything was fine and my order would be with me in a couple of weeks. I kept her number. When I called again this week, she told me the company was actually not in business. I suspect this has been the case for a while as I have since found several negative comments on-line regarding this company. Dear Sir/Madam, I refer to my complaint against NeoSign.com (aka Funhouse Collectibles). As you can see from the attached emails from [redacted], they found in my favor but the refund did not complete because there were insufficient funds in the seller’s [redacted] account. This means the seller took my money right away with no intention of filling the order. (When I did a google search to find out their telephone numbers, I found many negative feedback comments from other customers who had been defrauded in the same way. Clearly, this outfit are nothing but scam artists). Please can you help me get my money back – it was $538 which is quite a lot to lose in this fashion. I look forward to hearing from you.
