We have tried to deal with the customer and refund her by meeting her at a police station to hand her money directly to her. I have text messages to verify that she has refused to meet us. I still stand by my offer to meet her at a police station as a safe place to meet and refund her
the $100. She has been harassing my company on Facebook and threatens us to go to TV stations. This happens constantly and calls us "Scammers", etcand this is unfair to us. We are a good company and help in the StLouis community. We have been more than fair to her and would like to resolve this matter with her. I will also be willing to meet her at a place she designates to return her funds so that I may obtain a written receipt from her that she has received her refund
