I am rejecting this response because: For the record, I contacted this business many times over the course of a week or two and was basically told "too bad we did our best".I informed them I would contact Revdex.com They THEN reached out and stated they would refund the money I checked over those next few days and had yet to see any $ returned to my card I was told it could take a few weeks to show up I will check again to see if it arrived back to me I have not checked after those first few days when they said they had refunded me ..but will asap

Hello, This customer, *** *** was given full refund on 5/2/She stated that she would be happy with a full refund and would not file a complaint if that occurredHowever, she filed a report even though we immediately refunded her We can provide evidence to the payment if needed
Also, her assessment was not accurate, she said problem occurred on 3/16/The campaign did not even go live until 4/6/She would not have been billed for that period anywayRecurring billing begins on live date of campaignShe was live for only days and received customer visits in that period Thanks for your help in this matter.John A***
